The stars of our 2018 roadshow are the MY300 pick-and-place machine, and the MY700 jet printer and dispenser, complemented by our new automated optical inspection (AOI) and solder paste inspection (SPI) systems.

The MY300 has a feeder capacity of 224 positions, yet its footprint is 40% smaller than previous machines. It achieves higher real speeds than its predecessors with performance enhancements that include automatic job selection and rolling changeover, as well as faster board transfer and tool changes. Fully automated board train functionality is standard on the MY300DX and SX models. An improved linescan vision system with up to 4k resolution provides a future-proof solution for even the most advanced fine-pitch components.

The MY700 combines solder paste jet printing with jet printing of adhesives, UV material, epoxies and more – with micrometer precision and at speeds of more than one million dots per hour. The unique dual-head, dual-lane design means this can all be done in a single process step. There's virtually no board, package or component that the MY700 can't handle.

Our new automated optical inspection (AOI) systems support both 2D and 3D inspection and can be used pre- or post-reflow. Their proprietary shadow-free 3D sensor and LED lighting with holographic diffuser ensures a very low rate of false calls, while easy programming allows users to achieve outstanding results with a minimum of effort.

Our 3D SPI systems allow to easily implement solder paste inspection in any PCBA line. These new generation systems are very intuitive to use, allowing non-experienced persons to get expected results.
